All physical products are bespoke and hand made, therefore we require 1-2 business days to create and ship your product.
Estimated delivery times:
UK — 3-5 business days
Europe — 4-7 business days
USA & Canada — 5-10 business days
Rest of the world — 10-20 business days
Shipping times can vary, delivery may also be delayed due to customs processing times. Please get in touch if your package hasn’t arrived in the timescale mentioned above.
Will I have to pay taxes / import duties in my country?
You may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your destination country. Import duties are taxes collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any import duties or customs charges.
Unpaid duty and tax orders are not liable for a refund.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges:
We can offer an exchange providing goods are returned in their original packaging and unworn. Return shipping costs are not included and will be an additional cost that you will need to pay.

Physical Goods
All of our products are bespoke and made for you. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please get in touch via our contact form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included and will be an additional cost that you will need to pay.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g. wallpapers), we’re unable to offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, please get in touch via our contact form.
